User defined criteria: DC Metro, Recruiting, incs of interest:BAE Systems, BAH, LHM, etc.

Add user defined list. Most candidates have SPECIFIC companies they want to work for in their location. I want to only see jobs from Company A in my location and in my field.

make a boolean search possible... eg. enable removing/adding specific words from job search. I get results for Food and Beverage Mgr. when I am looking for a strategy manager. HUGE TIME WASTE.

Sort first by country and have the location/category filter automatically

That would save a ton of time if we didn't have to scroll through every country. If we could automatically choose USA and only have USA locations show up. Then, once we choose the location/category, it automatically filters the next menu so that we don't have to find that location/category again. With clone, if you choose filter, it won't work.

I look over current job offerings in RSS (using Google Reader). Aggregating TweetMyJobs.com feeds in RSS would be incredibly useful for this..
